Create a new Zap. Choose your app as the trigger (e.g., “New Lead in HubSpot” or “New Form Submission in Typeform”).

Add BoltRoute as the action. Select “Verify Email.” Connect your BoltRoute account using your API key.

Map the email field from your trigger to BoltRoute.

Add another action to handle results —update the original record, add to a Google Sheet, or route based on status.

Test with a real email, then turn on the Zap.

Create a new scenario. Add your source app as the first module (e.g., “Watch New Rows” in Google Sheets).

Add the BoltRoute module. Select “Verify Email.” Connect with your API key.

Map the email field from your source module to BoltRoute.

Add a Router to split results by status. Send valid emails one way, invalid another, catch-alls to review.

Test the scenario, then activate it.

Create a new workflow. Add a trigger node for your source (Webhook, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).

Add the BoltRoute node. Enter your API key in credentials.

Wire your trigger’s email output to BoltRoute’s input.

Add an IF node to route results—valid forward, invalid to reject list, catch-alls to review.

Save and activate the workflow.

Install the BoltRoute add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Open any Google Sheet, go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons → Search “BoltRoute”.

Connect your BoltRoute account. Enter your API key when prompted. You only need to do this once.

Select the column containing your email addresses. You can also select a specific range.

Click “Verify” in the BoltRoute sidebar. Results appear in new columns: status, catch-all, disposable, role-based.

Filter and export. Use Google Sheets filters to keep only valid emails, or download the cleaned list.
